We are nearing the end of the construction of the apartments in Metrodom River, and on the second phase we have fully furnished one of the already completed apartments. The one-bedroom show apartment, as are our other vacant apartments still under construction, is available to be visited upon prior appointment with our property consultants.

On Wednesday 6 July, the apartments of Metrodom River Phase 2 will be available on our website with full price list, floor plans, including technical floor plans and a floor plan selector to help you get a better overview of the building. Phase 2 has been under construction since last autumn and is currently under construction, which can be followed live via our webcam.
The technical specifications are already available for download on our website, and on this page you can see the tiles, flooring and interior doors that will be available for Phase 2 for buyers to choose from in the summer and autumn, depending on the floor. You will also find all the other important details on our website, and our property advisors will be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
