The Hungarian Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) organizes the Hungarian Real Estate Development Award Competition, which aims to present the achievements of Hungarian real estate development to the Hungarian professional and non-professional public and to reward outstanding achievements. The Metrodom River residential complex is not only a residential building, but a true urban living model, offering modern homes, premium services and community spaces in a dynamic and growing area of Budapest's rust belt. The unique location on the Danube, the elegant lobby, the 5-storey vertical garden and the numerous community features make this residential complex unique and deservedly deserved the first place in the Residential category.

The Metrodom Office Building, located in the heart of the XIII. district of Budapest, is a unique example of the success of brownfield developments. Originally built in 1978, the industrial building designed by Attila Kósa has been converted into a modern, energy efficient and sustainable office building that is a worthy example of the workplace of the future. The building won the ImmoWeb Zrt. special prize for innovative urban development for its unique design and environmentally friendly solutions.

The OPAL Award, Outstanding Property Award London, has been one of the world's most prestigious international property awards for 35 years now.
Metrodom competed in the Architectural Design category in the Sustainable/Green living and Residential High-Rise subcategories with its latest Green project.
The London-based competition rewards architectural excellence in 3 categories - Interior Design, Architectural Design and Property Development. Applications submitted from 52 countries in 2022 were judged and scored by a panel of 31 of the industry's most distinguished international jurors.

At the Real Estate Awards gala, our Metrodom Green residential complex won the award for Planned Residential Project of the Year.

It won the Award in the Architecture Multiple Residence category. Our Metrodom Beat apartment complex has been a huge success at one of the most prestigious competitions in the real estate industry, the European Property Awards. The residential development was awarded the Residential Development 20+ Units category. In addition to the prestigious international recognition, it was also awarded a 5-star rating in this category and nominated for the Architecture Multiple Residence Europe Award.

Construction Industry Award || Category: Residential || Project: Metrodom Panorama Residential Park || 1st Prize, 2021
For the twenty-first time in 2021, the Construction Excellence Award is announced by the Board of Trustees of the Construction Excellence Award Foundation (CMA) on behalf of and with the authority of the Founders and Affiliates. The very first call for entries was launched in 2000, when there were 7 winners, and over the years a total of 174 prizes have been awarded by the jury.
The projects submitted were of a high standard, both in terms of design and construction. The main criteria for the judging were: the overall architectural and technical evaluation of the building, the technical quality of the construction, the professionalism of the work, the economic viability of the investment, the operability of the project and the cooperation between the parties involved in the construction, in particular the investors, designers and contractors.
The Construction Excellence Award will be embodied by a certificate and a bronze plaque on the site, bearing the names of the creators, which will be unveiled in a ceremony in spring 2022, depending on the Covid situation.

Superbrands award for Metrodom! The Metrodom Panorama residential complex in Újpest won the gold medal in one of the world's most prestigious real estate development competitions, and a jury of Hungarian brands awarded the building a Superbrands rating.
Superbrands is an international award scheme that operates on the same principles in nearly 90 countries around the world. A panel of independent experts awards the prizes in two categories (business and consumer brands) to those who have built a reputation for excellence in their field. We are particularly honored to have won the Superbrands award for Metrodom in the "brand" category! It is very important for us to create real value and a home for our customers, which - to our great pleasure - has been recognized by this international award!

Wienerberger Architecture Award || Category: innovation category || Project: Metrodom Panorama Residential Park || 1st Prize, 2020
In the categories New Buildings, Innovative Projects and Reconstruction Buildings, the 2020 Architectural Award Winners were selected in a competition organized by Wienerberger. The competition was open to buildings completed between 2016 and 2019. The awards were presented to the winners on 15 October in Budapest. The Innovation Award was awarded to the Metrodom Panorama residential complex in Budapest. The jury highlighted that the complex's iconic green façade attracts the eye, while its technical and professional solutions represent a level of quality that is outstanding and a worthy example of the architecture of the future.
FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence || Project: Metrodom Panorama Residence || Category: Mid Rise || 1st Prize, 2020
Every year, the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI, organizes the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence, which aims to select and reward the most successful real estate developments.
The competition is open to entries in a total of 16 categories, with the Metrodom Panorama Residence Park winning the Mid-Rise category. The main criteria for the judging were the concept and outcome of the development, the architectural and urban design quality, the quality of the construction, the technical solutions used and the duration of the project. In addition, the effectiveness of the development, its sales and rental potential, occupancy, environmental protection and the social utility of the development were assessed.
Launched 28 years ago, the FIABCI World Prix d`Excellence is the world's most prestigious real estate development competition, with 37 countries having been successful developers. The Wall Street Journal is the exclusive media sponsor of the competition.

The Hungarian Section of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) is organizing the Hungarian Real Estate Development Award Competition, which aims to present the achievements of Hungarian real estate development to the Hungarian professional and non-professional audience and to reward outstanding achievements. The winners of the Hungarian competition will automatically be entered into the FIABCI International Excellence Awards competition. So far, more than 400 entries from all over the country have been presented and the best of them have been very successful in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence international competition, which follows the national event, winning 24 first and 35 second prizes.

EQUITONE launched a competition for architects to contribute to the promotion of EQUITONE fibre cement façade cladding for creative applications and the high-quality architectural performance that it can offer. To apply, applicants must have a building or a creative interior design solution already in place and must submit documentation, specifying the exact location, type, colour and square metres (min. 2 m²) of EQUITONE material used.
