Buildings and apartments
The buildings of Metrodom River are special and captivating at first glance. The elegant design, the custom-made façade cladding and the tinted glass railings together are responsible for the premium look and quality. An intensive green roof planted with rich vegetation will be placed on top of the lower wings, so everyone will have a pleasant view even from the higher floors. The residential buildings have been designed in such a way that as many apartments as possible have a full or partial view of the Danube and, to the west, the mountains of Buda. The low wings of the buildings, built in a distance from each other, are five-story buildings, while the two slender towers of each are 13 floors high (9 for direct waterfront buildings). The view from each of the apartments here is brilliant, and due to the great distance between the buildings thanks to careful orientation, this feature is also present in the apartments in the lower wings. However, the spectacle is not to be missed by others either, the 11 towers in total, the characteristic design, as shown in the images, offers a unique view from the Danube and the city.
However, the real magic awaits the residents inside the buildings. It has always been paramount for Metrodom that residents coming home should do that through elegant and at the same time intimate forecourts, yet Metrodom River offers something truly special. Instead of the usual narrow corridors, we have created a 5-storey high, spacious and bright atrium in each building, with two side walls and a roof made of glass, so an impressive 18-meter-high space welcomes entrants. Instead of stone and glass, the main ornaments of the atrium are the Mediterranean vegetation planted on the ground floor, the pre-grown climbing plants on each of the floors, and the drip fountain that evokes water inside the building, all creating a wonderful interior ambience.The buildings of Metrodom River are special and captivating at first glance.
