On 21 December, the Municipal Government Office granted the building permit for Metrodom's new 425-apartment apartment complex, which will be built on the Marina beach in the 13th district. The two-phase project will be called 'Metrodom Beat' and, as with our current investments, will offer residents a premium building and premium homes in every respect.
We inform our clients that our offices are closed from December 21 to January 2, during this time the transfer of our apartments is also suspended. Our customer service is still available to our customers by phone on December 22nd.

The hand-overs have begun and the new residents are arriving in a steady stream, giving the building a real Christmas feel. By 21 December (our last handover day of the year), we expect to be able to hand over the keys to most of the residents enabling as many as possible to spend the holidays in their new homes.
The Metropolitan Government Office has issued the final occupancy permit for Metrodom Zugló, which became effective immediately. The first key handover day will be 22 November, and we will inform our customers about what to know and do, the handovers, by e-mail today and by post next week, and you can also read a short series of articles on our website in the coming days.
The sale of Metrodom Green has barely started and already more than 50 reservations have been received from interested customers. The popularity of the newly awarded residential complex has exceeded even our expectations. The first pre-sales contracts were signed this week, bringing the pre-sales period to a close.

This is certainly no different for Metrodom customers who will be moving into their new homes this year (Metrodom Zugló) or in the following years (Metrodom River and Metrodom Green).
