We provide 1 year free property management for apartments purchased for investment purposes. If you want to rent out your apartment in Metrodom River, you will receive a turnkey property, furnished on demand, without the hassle of renting it out.
The full and day-to-day management of homes purchased as an investment includes the following services:
- technical takeover and occupation;
- contracting utility service providers/management of name changes;
- conclusion and management of property insurance contracts with Groupama Insurance;
- registration and contact with the joint representative;
- managing housing sales (advertising properties, identifying and screening tenants, concluding contracts and property transfers.
We also provide day-to-day operational management of the apartments:
- liaising with tenants and resolving their complaints;
- We organize occasional repairs and maintenance work;
- We report warranty faults and monitor the status of repairs;
- settle and invoice monthly rent, common charges and utility bills;
- monitor monthly charges, manage outstanding debts.
In addition to all these, we prepare quarterly financial reports and manage quarterly financial accounts. We can also furnish your home with built-in or mobile furniture from our furnishers, on request and at an extra charge.
