New year, new residential complex

On 21 December, the Municipal Government Office granted the building permit for Metrodom's new 425-apartment apartment complex, which will be built on the Marina beach in the 13th district. The two-phase project will be called 'Metrodom Beat' and, as with our current investments, will offer residents a premium building and premium homes in every respect.

The lower two floors of the building will be covered in greenery, and the apartments will open onto a special atrium with overhead lighting in five separate stairwells. The complex will have a wellness area for the exclusive use of residents, with an indoor, four-season, 20-metre swimming pool, saunas and a fitness room. The rooftop will offer fantastic views and an outdoor hydromassage pool, as well as a range of other community facilities. As in our other buildings, the advanced Dual Eco heating and cooling system will provide an AA energy rating and particularly low energy bills.
