As you could see at our Open Day on 8-9 December, the first two stages of the Metrodome River have been completed. We have also set the date for the technical handover, once some minor repairs have been completed, the apartments will be handed over to our clients in February. All our clients will be informed of the specific dates and further information by e-mail and post.

Despite the current health situation caused by the new coronavirus epidemic, property handover continues. Yet, some changes to the procedure had to be made. Additional difficulties are also expected to arise regarding utility services, please read the below information carefully.
The occupancy permit, downloadable from this site, for phases B-C of Metrodom Panorama has been received and is executable. Handing over of property begins on Thursday next week, in a way significantly different from what is customary. Information on this and other important information will be communicated via email on Tuesday, 17th.
