In the category of medium-rise residential buildings Metrodom Panorama has won the prestigious gold medal from FIABCI, the reputed international architectural association. This practically means residential buildings between family houses and skyscrapers, and it says a lot that previously no Hungarian residential building managed to be among the nominees even. Now, however, Metrodom Panorama has won the award ahead of its competitors in the US, Western Europe and Southeast Asia, of which we are extremely proud. Despite the current health situation caused by the new coronavirus epidemic, property handover continues. Yet, some changes to the procedure had to be made. Additional difficulties are also expected to arise regarding utility services, please read the below information carefully.
The occupanxy permit for City Home, Phase K has come into legal force, property may now be handed over. The first handover date is November 4, the occupancy permit and an information email will be sent out to all our customers later this week.
Besides the impressive internal park and the garden pond, phases H-K of the City Home complex have been equipped with community facilities available only to the residents. There is a TV screen, table football, and a snooker table in the club room, 18 exercise machines have been installed in the gym, and additionally, comfortable resting places and lots of toys await residents in the baby playroom. The new sensors will debut in the buildings of City Home - Phase K, Metrodom Panoráma - Phase B, and Metrodom Park - Phase B.
The development of Metrodom's smart home system has been taken to a new level. Starting with buildings handed over in the second half of the year (Panoráma B, Park B, City Home K), Metrodom homes will be equipped with smart switches specifically optimized for Metrodom's own system. While the sleek, elegant design and touch sensitive glass interface remain, the technical content has been significantly improved, and from now on, the optional window shutter switches will also have a matching design.
