Metrodom makes continuous efforts to always keep its smart home system up to date. Recently, we have announced our new smart switches. And now the new control panel has arrived debuting in Metrodom Panoráma A, Metrodom Park B and City Home X. The most striking of the design update is the elegant metal frame, the hardware, however, has also been upgraded. If need be, the camera can be deactivated also on the hardware level, a reassuring new feature for those concerned about privacy.
We change the open/close sensors in our smart homes, the new devices are supplied by Sensative. The most important advantage of the new sensor is that it is perfectly flat and mounted on the window reveal facing part of the window profile, making it essentially invisible. As another feature, there is no need to replace batteries in the sensor, the built-in batteries supply energy for the entire 10-year lifespan of the device. The new sensors will debut in the buildings of City Home - Phase K, Metrodom Panoráma - Phase B, and Metrodom Park - Phase B.
The development of Metrodom's smart home system has been taken to a new level. Starting with buildings handed over in the second half of the year (Panoráma B, Park B, City Home K), Metrodom homes will be equipped with smart switches specifically optimized for Metrodom's own system. While the sleek, elegant design and touch sensitive glass interface remain, the technical content has been significantly improved, and from now on, the optional window shutter switches will also have a matching design.
