As you could see at our Open Day on 8-9 December, the first two stages of the Metrodome River have been completed. We have also set the date for the technical handover, once some minor repairs have been completed, the apartments will be handed over to our clients in February. All our clients will be informed of the specific dates and further information by e-mail and post.

Besides the impressive internal park and the garden pond, phases H-K of the City Home complex have been equipped with community facilities available only to the residents. There is a TV screen, table football, and a snooker table in the club room, 18 exercise machines have been installed in the gym, and additionally, comfortable resting places and lots of toys await residents in the baby playroom. The facilities will open once the surveillance cams and entrance systems have been installed, within just a few days. The images can already be seen in the photo gallery.
Technical handover of phase K of the City Home residential complex has taken place, practically bringing the entire H-K block to completion. Today with this video, we say goodbye to the video camera, which has broadcast the two and a half years of the construction process. The occupancy permit of Phase J at City Home has come to legal force. The handover of apartments will begin on August 5 as well. Handover dates will be coordinated in the order in which the purchase price is received. Details and information about the occupancy permit shall be communicated via mail to every customer.
