Despite the health emergency, which caused most contractors delays, phases L and M of the City Home complex suffered no delay, furthermore, the project in fact completed months before the original deadline anticipated. Technical handover will begin on September 3 and conclude by the middle of October. Customers will be notified of the specific dates and times, and other useful information, vial postal mail.
Besides the impressive internal park and the garden pond, phases H-K of the City Home complex have been equipped with community facilities available only to the residents. There is a TV screen, table football, and a snooker table in the club room, 18 exercise machines have been installed in the gym, and additionally, comfortable resting places and lots of toys await residents in the baby playroom. The facilities will open once the surveillance cams and entrance systems have been installed, within just a few days. The images can already be seen in the photo gallery.

The occupancy permit of City Home Phase I has come into legal force. The permit can be downloaded from this page. Information letters will be sent later this week. Those who pay the full price of the property by July 1, 12 noon may take over the keys on the first move-in day, Wednesday, July 3. Handover times will be coordinated in the order of incoming transfers of the price installments. As the number of apartments that can be handed over per day is limited, some customers may be given handover dates for the following week only.
