Metrodom’s 195-apartment unit residential complex is being built in Bosnyák utca, in the 14th district of Budapest. The Metrodom Zugló complex consists of four stairwells, four and five-story residential buildings, built on a 6,000 sqm plot. Parking slots and storages will be available in the underground parking lot for future residents to purchase separately. Choosing an apartment will be easy for anyone, as we cater for the needs of every type of resident, from college students to big families. We offer a wide selection of apartment sizes, from 29-sqm studios to 1, 2, 3-bedroom and 104-sqm, 4-bedroom apartments. Some of the ground floor apartments have a private garden as well. The apartments can also be purchased with the help of the ’Family Home Subsidy Program (CSOK)’ scheme.
