Metrodom Green has all the basic amenities and security services you need to live here. A 24-hour reception service acts as the security and operations center for the complex, with a closed-circuit camera system and fire alarm system. The concierge service assists and screens visitors as required, and looks after the lobby, gardens and communal areas. A stylish café in the lobby serves sandwiches, pastries and coffee to residents going to and from work, as well as to those spending the day at home. Also in the lobby is the building's own parcel point, which has an automatic compartment that can be used by any courier service, so there's no need to wait at home for a courier or go elsewhere to collect a parcel. The parcel point is fully automated and notifies the recipient of the parcel when it arrives.

Home workers in particular could benefit from the community office in Phase 2. Here, they can work in an office environment, work comfortably, attend online events without being disturbed by family members or disturbing others, and even receive clients. The use and operation of the community office is governed by the residents' association and the house rules.

Active or passive, alone or with the family, Metrodom Green has it all. The quarter-hectare indoor garden with its ornamental plants, drip fountain, and separated benches is designed to be ideal for relaxing, reading, and conversations. You can also sunbathe alone or in twos on the roof terrace at the top of the staircase of phase 1 staircase A, or gaze at the starry sky at night. On the other side of the roof terrace, couples and families can barbecue and eat at the tables, while the kitchen offers everything from prep work to washing up. There's also a community lounge on the ground floor, where residents can play foosball, darts and board games, even in small groups.

For those looking for exercise, there is a fully equipped fitness room on the ground floor with treadmills, ergometers, elliptical trainers and strength machines. And after - or instead of - a workout, you can relax in the Finnish sauna or infrared sauna.

At Metrodom Green, families with young children and parents with children at home don't necessarily have to leave the complex to keep the child occupied with something other than a mobile phone. The baby playroom on the ground floor is designed for the little ones, where they can play together or with their parents in a much larger area than an apartment, with a wide range of toys in a safe environment. Of course, we have also considered the parents' comfort, the toilet and the changing table. In good weather, there is a small playground in the outside garden where, in addition to the usual toys, sandpit, swings and slide, there is also a safe climbing wall optimized for children.

Metrodom Green supports all sustainable modes of personal and public transport. Each parking space in the indoor garage has its own metered electric car charger, helping the rapid uptake of electric cars with convenient home charging. For those who prefer car-sharing instead of owning their own car, there is a covered 3-stall Green-go point at the entrance to the garage on Vágóhíd Street. This way, you can leave and return home to the complex in the same way as if you were using your own car.

Cyclists can keep their bikes in large, covered and protected storage facilities inside the building. For those who would prefer to share here, there will also be a new BUBI station in front of the complex. Also at the front of the complex, a dedicated scooter parking area will be set up where community scooters can be stored in a orderly place.
