Metrodom Green is located in Millennium City Centre in Budapest’s 9th district, at the corner of Vaskapu Street and Vágóhíd Street, close to the National Theatre and the Palace of Arts. The residential development offers a total of 516 premium-quality apartments in a variety of sizes, along with a wide range of community amenities. The landscaping is equipped with a drip irrigation system that efficiently uses rainwater collected in a rainwater storage tank for irrigation purposes with the help of a pump. The taller buildings feature solar panels that supply electricity to the development’s communal areas. The ideal temperature in the apartments is maintained by Metrodom’s proprietary hybrid system, which uses an optimal combination of heat pumps and gas boilers.
