Construction Progress Update – Overview of Our Residential Developments

Metrodom Beat Phase 1 – Approaching Structural Completion

Structural construction has been completed, and the project is now progressing through the next stages of construction. Masonry works are currently underway on the 7th and 8th floors, while mechanical rough-ins are being carried out on the 6th and 7th floors. Electrical first-fix installations are in progress on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors. The installation of screed flooring on the 4th floor is scheduled for completion this week. Internal plastering works are ongoing on the 2nd and 3rd floors, while painting has already commenced on the 2nd floor. Tile installation has also begun on the 1st floor.

Metrodom Beat Phase 2 – Foundations Taking Shape

The project is currently in the foundation slab construction phase. Reinforcement installation and foundation slab concreting are underway, representing a key milestone before the commencement of the building’s structural works.

Metrodom Green Phase 2 – Multiple Construction Stages Progressing Simultaneously

Structural construction has reached the 8th floor, while masonry works are underway on the 5th floor. Mechanical first-fix installations are in progress on the 4th floor, and electrical first-fix works are being carried out on the 3rd floor. Screed flooring is currently being installed on the 2nd floor, while internal plastering has commenced on the 1st floor. Installation of the external window and door systems has been completed up to the 4th floor.

Metrodom River Phase 4 – Moving Closer to Its Final Form

Masonry works have been completed, while several specialist construction activities continue in parallel. Mechanical first-fix installations are underway on the 13th floor, and electrical first-fix works are progressing on the 12th floor. Screed flooring has been completed up to the 11th floor, where internal plastering is also currently in progress. Surface preparation and skim coating for painting works have commenced on the 10th floor. Tile installation within the apartments has reached the 7th floor, while tiling works in the common corridors have also begun. Apartment entrance doors have been installed up to the 4th floor, and façade construction works are currently progressing across all elevations of the building.

Metrodom River Phase 3 – Continuous Structural Construction

Construction of the reinforced concrete structures for the ground floor and the 1st floor is currently underway. At the same time, backfilling works around the basement walls are in progress, preparing the site for the next phases of construction.
