Latest Updates on Our Residential Developments
Our projects are currently progressing through different stages of construction, with work continuing according to schedule at every site. Here is the latest overview of the current progress across our developments.
Metrodom Green Phase 2 – Structural Construction Nearly Complete, Specialist Works Take Centre Stage
The final floor slab concreting of the building will be completed soon, marking the end of a major phase of structural construction. Masonry works have reached the 8th floor, while mechanical and electrical first-fix installations are currently underway on the 6th and 7th floors. Screed flooring is being prepared on the 4th floor, and internal plastering works are in progress on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Installation of the external window and door systems has been completed up to the 6th floor, while façade insulation works are ongoing on the 1st–4th floors. The installation of the façade clinker brick finish will also begin shortly.
Metrodom Beat Phase 1 – More Apartments Are Approaching Completion
Masonry works have been completed, and mechanical and electrical first-fix installations have also been finished throughout the building, with the exception of the 8th floor of Building C. Screed flooring works are currently underway on the 7th and 8th floors, internal plastering is taking place on the 6th floor, painting works are in progress on the 4th floor, and tile installation in the apartments is underway on the 3rd floor. In addition, façade insulation and metalwork installation works are progressing continuously on Buildings D and E.
Metrodom Beat Phase 2 – Structural Construction Continues
Construction of the reinforced concrete structures at basement level is ongoing, while the construction of the ground-floor reinforced concrete structures has also commenced in parallel.
Metrodom River Phase 4 – Finishing Works Are Becoming Increasingly Important
Internal plastering has been completed, while painting works have already reached the 13th floor. Tile installation in the apartments is currently underway on the 11th floor, and corridor tiling works are progressing on the 5th floor. Apartment entrance doors have been installed up to the 9th floor. Parquet flooring installation and the fitting of internal doors will begin in mid-August. Meanwhile, the installation of curtain wall structures is progressing continuously, and the glazing of the façade balustrades will also commence shortly.
Metrodom River Phase 3 – The Building Continues to Rise
Structural construction is currently underway on the 2nd and 3rd floors. In parallel, mechanical and electrical first-fix installations have commenced at basement level, marking the project’s transition into a new phase of construction.
