Metrodom Green Named Residential Park of the Year
We are proud to announce that at the Residential Park of the Year 2025 competition, Metrodom Green won the Completed Residential Park of the Year award in the category of developments with over 150 units.
This competition is one of the key professional benchmarks in Hungary’s residential real estate sector, recognizing projects of outstanding quality. In the Completed Residential Park of the Year category, large-scale, complex developments were evaluated, making this award particularly strong professional recognition.
During the design of Metrodom Green, our primary goal was to create a livable, sustainable, and well-functioning residential environment. Special attention was given to the proportion of green spaces, the role of community areas, and the implementation of energy-efficient solutions that provide real, everyday value for residents.
The fact that an already completed and inhabited residential park has received this recognition makes the achievement even more significant. The award evaluates not concepts, but functioning developments, offering direct feedback on how a project performs in everyday use.
