Metrodom Green Phase 2 – Parallel Structural Works

Structural construction is well advanced in both buildings.
In Building A, the slab above the 2nd floor is scheduled to be completed this week, while in Building B, construction of the slab above the 3rd floor is currently underway. At the same time, masonry works are continuing on the ground floor.

Metrodom Beat Phase 1 – Structural and Interior Works in Parallel

Structural construction has reached the 5th and 6th floors. Masonry works are ongoing on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and the installation of façade windows has begun on the 2nd floor.
On the 1st floor, mechanical and electrical rough installations are in progress within the apartments, while interior plastering works are being carried out on the ground floor.

Metrodom River Phase 4 – Advanced Construction Stage

Structural works have progressed to the 10th floor. Masonry works will continue on the 8th floor starting tomorrow, and the installation of façade windows has been completed on the 7th floor.
Interior plastering is underway on the 4th floor, and screed concreting has been completed up to the 5th floor. Painting works on the ground floor have been finished, while skim coating is currently in progress on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
In addition, tiling works are ongoing in the ground floor and 1st floor apartments.

Metrodom River Phase 3 – Foundation Stage

The project is currently in the reinforced concrete foundation slab construction phase, and the concreting of the basement walls has also begun, laying the groundwork for the building’s subsequent structural works.
