Metrodom Green, Phase 2 – Building Upward
Structural works are ongoing at ground-floor level, and construction of the first floor has already begun. The contours of the building are now clearly taking shape.

Metrodom River, Phase 3 – Solid Foundations
The project is currently in the deep foundation phase, establishing the structural stability of the entire building.

Metrodom River, Phase 4 – Progress Layer by Layer
Structural construction has reached the 7th and 8th floors. Masonry works are in progress on the 5th floor, while mechanical and electrical installations are underway on the 3rd and 4th floors.
Installation of façade windows is taking place on the 3rd floor, screed flooring on the 2nd floor, plastering on the 1st floor, and wall smoothing on the ground floor.

Metrodom Beat, Phase 1 – Structure and Levels
Structural works are advancing on the 3rd and 4th floors, alongside masonry works on the ground and 1st floors. Thermal insulation of the ground-floor ceiling is also in progress, contributing to the building’s future energy efficiency.
