We again tested company staff
For the second time this year, we tested all our employees to protect the health of our employees and the customers who visit to us as well. However, this is just a small part of our health protection efforts, if interested, you can find out below how we ensure that our clients can come to us with complete peace of mind for a demonstration, concluding a contract, or taking over their apartment.
Video of the completed City Home
A short video clip showing Phases L and M of the City Home project, the building and the roof terrace has been created. The film may also be worth watching for those who have already visited the building or may even have moved in, as they can now watch the house from the air in a way they would not otherwise have the opportunity to do.
Thirty apartments booked on the opening day
Despite the health situation, we are past one of the most successful project launches in recent years in Zugló, with our clients booking exactly 30 apartments in the first hour of sales. It is a special pleasure for us that not everyone tried to strike at the same one or two apartments, the interest was evenly distributed according to apartment sizes, buildings and floors, which proves above all that not only the building, the technical content and the price are attractive, but the apartment layout plans have also turned out well.

Zugló: prices and floor plans on the website
We have posted on our website the price list of Metrodom Zugló, our latest residential complex, the floor plans of the apartments can be browsed by clicking here. Reservations and sales begin on November 10, 10 am; read more about the process and details here. The total purchase price, including the advance payment to be paid this year, includes 5% VAT. We would like to draw the attention of our customers to the fact that our introductory prices are valid for a limited time only and will increase after the introduction.

Anna and the Barbies, a City Home concert
Anna and the Barbies was the third in a series of Move in! Sessions by Metrodom concerts to perform on the rooftop terrace of a building at the City Home L-M project. Just like our previous events, this show was again spectacular. As usual, the clip can be seen on our YouTube channel.
Technical handover to start in September
Despite the health emergency, which caused most contractors delays, phases L and M of the City Home complex suffered no delay, furthermore, the project in fact completed months before the original deadline anticipated. Technical handover will begin on September 3 and conclude by the middle of October. Customers will be notified of the specific dates and times, and other useful information, vial postal mail.
