The building
The Metrodom Young, situated in Pünkösdfürdő utca in Budapest’s District III, is a unique and special condominium in every respect, catering to the needs of college and university students and young career starters moving into their first home. This is naturally also reflected in the prices, with studio flats or compact flats (with one full-sized and one half-sized room) available for prices at which it is hard to find a good quality used home, let alone a new-build apartment, in Budapest.
The two ten-storey buildings contain a total of 258 flats, with two stairwells and two lifts for the use of residents in each building. Every flat has a balcony, while those on the ground floor have a small private garden in addition to the terrace.
