Family comes first
We design all our buildings and apartments to serve as ideal family homes. Metrodom Park however, has been specifically designed to cater for the needs of families with children. The location of Metrodom Park is just ideal; all the necessary facilities are within close range. The most important ones are of course the educational institutions. The ’Gézengúz óvoda’ kindergarten on Zágrábi utca is a five-minute walk, while the “Kőbányai Janikovszky Éva Bi-lingual Elementary School” is only a few blocks further away.
Majority of the apartments in the building complex are two, three or four-bedroom flats. Thanks to this selection, we have apartments on offer for everyone to find the flat of their preferences. Our three and four-bedroom apartments have an extra bathroom joined to the bedroom of the parents so that the morning routine does not cause congestion. The children’s bathroom comes with a long, 170 cm bathtub. Most apartments have a service room as well, thanks to the utility outlets, this can be used as a laundry room.
Thanks to the services offered by Metrodom, children of different age groups and their parents will find the leisure and recreational activities of their liking. Long strolls with the baby cart in the huge park will be easy thanks to the stair-free construction. A baby playroom with a terrace in Building A (Gém u. 2/B) and C (Fogadó u. 1/C) is available all-year-round to the parents of toddlers not yet big enough to use the playground. Children can play here in a safe environment while parents chat or watch TV. A separate room adjacent to the playroom is equipped with a bathroom with a changing table.
In the garden, children one and a half years of age or older can already enjoy the playground designed for the smallest and equipped with playground toys specially designed for their age-group. Little ones „driving” their small scooters and tricycles will enjoy the mini traffic park located behind Building B, where benches are also placed for the parents.
A separate playground is available for children aged five to six or older. The two playgrounds are joined by a stretch with benches so that parents with multiple children can simultaneously oversee them while they play. Adults can even play football or badminton with their children on the expansive lawn or use the ping-pong tables located there. The outdoor fireplace is ideal for a family picnic, grilling or to cook in a cauldron.
