Location

Metrodom Kertváros is located in Páty, which lies to the south-west of Budapest, near Telki and Budajenő, a mere 20 kilometres from the centre of the capital. The village is situated next to the M1 motorway, making it quick and easy to reach by car. Public transport links are also excellent, with Metro lines 2 and 4 only 35-40 minutes away by buses that stop at Széna tér and the Kelenföld terminus.

Páty, a well-kept village in the distinctive Danube Swabian style, has become an especially popular location for families in recent years, and there is no better proof of this than the four nursery schools that operate there in addition to the Bocskai István Primary School. The local community and cultural scene is served by a cultural centre, library and two football pitches, besides which there is a riding school in the village. Páty is exceptionally well served in terms of healthcare, with several adult and children’s general medical practices, two of which are in the same street as Metrodom Kertváros. In addition to these, Páty also has dental, ear-nose-and-throat, dermatology and obstetrics and gynaecology clinics, as well as a pharmacy.
