Premium design

Metrodom Green also stands out from the competition in terms of its overall technical content. You can read more about the design of the buildings on our website here.

Technology and materials

Although more and more developers are now opting for buildings made entirely of reinforced concrete because of lower costs and speed, we have chosen a different technology that ensures greater comfort for the future occupants.

Metrodom Green's buildings are built using traditional technology and traditional materials, with burnt ceramic brick for the interior walls and lime sand brick for the soundproofing partitions. This is complemented by modern thermal insulation and windows with 3 layers of thermal glazing, with built-in blinds below the wall plane and motorized, insulated aluminum shutters. Inside the apartments, Villeroy&Boch sanitary ware, German Hangsrohe taps, acrylic baths and shower trays in the bathrooms ensure high quality. The choice of interior design, tiling and interior doors are left at the discretion of the tenants, depending on the stage of completion, and you can find out more about this and the range of products on our website.

Smart-home

Like our other apartment complexes, the apartments in Metrodom Green are equipped with a smart home system that controls heating, cooling, lighting and blinds, as well as a separate video intercom system. You can read more about Metrodom's advanced smart home system on our website here.

Dual Eco heating and cooling

Metrodom Green will also feature our proprietary Dual Eco heating and cooling system, which together with the elements of the thermal insulation system guarantees an energy rating of "AA - Better than Near Zero Energy Requirement". The system not only provides heating, but also cooling for the apartments, of course ensuring individual control per room and individual heat metering per apartment.

Heating is provided in the most comfortable way possible, with ceiling heating in the living rooms and bathrooms, so radiators won't get in the way in any room. In the summer heat, a comfortable temperature is achieved by cooling the ceiling, which gently cools the air without blowing it. The heating and cooling water in the Dual Eco system is provided by condensing gas boilers with heat pump boilers, which complement each other's operation, you can read more about its design and operation on this page.

The system is incredibly economical with both gas and electricity to keep heating, cooling and water heating costs for homes as low as possible. To find out more about how much you can expect to pay depending on the size of your home, click here.

Internet and TV

In Metrodom Green, we are building a modern telecommunications network to meet all your needs. Optical fiber cables in the common areas and cat5 cables inside the apartments will ensure uninterrupted service and truly broadband data transmission.

This system has a theoretical maximum data transfer rate of 1 Gbit/sec, which is not yet offered by any operator in its residential subscription packages, but it is certain that users will not face any technical-technological barriers. Optical fiber cables and the cat5 standard also ensure that Metrodom Green's telecoms network will remain state-of-the-art for a very long time.

To avoid the need to bother with additional wiring inside the home, we install a wall socket in each living room, close to an electrical outlet.

The services of the largest Hungarian operator, Magyar Telekom, will be available in the building from the moment of moving in, with a dedicated service agent at the disposal of Metrodom Green residents.

At the same time, we would like to draw the attention of our customers to the fact that Metrodom has not concluded an exclusive contract with Magyar Telekom or any other service provider, excluding other companies from the service. The general assembly is free to decide which other companies and under what conditions the residents will allow other companies to provide services in the building, after the formation of the condominium.
