The construction of the new phase of Metrodom River is actively progressing: the base slab is complete and the structural work on basement level -2 is underway.

Events are currently unfolding around the Metrodom Green building: the construction of the first phase has been completed, and now, fault corrections and cleaning work are in progress.

Metrodom River IV. has been declared a brownfield action area, allowing new owners to reclaim the 5% VAT content of their purchased apartments here.
