August Update – Progress on Our Residential Developments
Construction work on our developments is progressing steadily, with new phases starting at several sites. Here’s a brief overview of what has taken place over the past few weeks.
Metrodom Green, Phase 2 – Building on Solid Foundations
Deep foundation works have been completed, the base slab is under construction, and the concreting of the basement walls has begun. These steps have laid a secure foundation for the next stages of the building’s construction.

Metrodom Beat – The Rhythm of the Structure
Work is currently focused on the reinforced concrete structures of the basement and ground floor. The completed sections already give a clear impression of the building’s emerging framework.

Metrodom River, Phase 4 – Rising Higher and Moving Forward
Structural works have reached the 3rd and 4th floors, while mechanical installations, including vertical shaft assembly, are also underway. On the ground floor, bricklaying has started, and the building’s exterior shape is becoming increasingly defined.
