Uninterrupted Riverside Access During Metrodom River Phase 3 Construction

2025. September 16. Tuesday

Throughout the construction of Metrodom River’s third phase—and with careful attention to the views and needs of the residential community—we have planned every stage of the project to keep the pedestrian route to the Danube safely accessible for as long as possible.

During the earthworks, a riverbank-support system protects the promenade, while a covered walkway will ensure safe passage during structural construction. Thanks to these measures, the riverside path will remain open for most of the building period, allowing uninterrupted pedestrian traffic.

A full closure will only be necessary in the final stage of the project—during landscaping and site-finishing works, expected from summer 2026 to spring 2027—after which the brand-new promenade will be fully open to the entire residential community.
