Health is a key priority for us, which is why Metrodom employees have access to a comprehensive range of private healthcare services provided by Medicover.

In addition to specialist consultations and medical care, this coverage includes laboratory and imaging tests (e.g., CT, MRI) as well as outpatient surgery. This allows our employees to bypass common challenges in public healthcare, such as physician shortages, lengthy waiting lists, and outdated facilities.

Quality nutrition is essential to maintaining health, and Metrodom supports this by providing hot lunches for our staff. One of our partners in this effort is Eiffel Bistro & Bar, while those preferring meat-free or health-conscious options can choose from offerings by Vegafutár, Egészségkonyha, and BocsiViki. Our head office staff can enjoy lunch in a comfortable setting in our in-house dining room, while employees on construction sites typically have the option to order from a nearby restaurant.

Metrodom employees have access to an exclusive fitness room equipped with a variety of gym equipment and weekly classes, including TRX, functional training, and yoga. They can also enjoy complimentary use of the on-site sauna. English and Hebrew language courses

Employees at our head office can participate in complimentary weekly English and Hebrew language courses organized by Metrodom. We offer four levels of English (beginner, re-beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and one Hebrew group. At the end of the course, participants have the option to take an exam.
