New funding loan agreements with the Hungarian Bank, OTP
An agreement between Metrodom and OTP Bank has been signed financing the projects of Metrodom Panorama A, B and C buildings as well as Metrodom Park's next phase. This means that we are only three apartments short of building 1000 homes in co-operation with OTP Bank. OTP's Finance Point is expected to open next month next to our central office in City Home where they will be at the our clients services providing assistance in financing their apartment purchases (Loans, LTP, CSOK).
