Legally binding occupancy permit issued

We have today received the resolution from the District 9 municipality, stating that the occupancy permit of 14 Nádasdy utca has come into legal force. The occupancy permit and the resolution can be downloaded from our website, from the usual page. The letter on payment and the handover of the keys are mailed to our customers today. The first handover dates are 8 and 9 May. If you would like to be among the first residents to take over their property, please make the transfer as soon as possible following the receipt of the letter so that we can coordinate a suitable date for the handover of the property.
