One of the major benefits of newly built apartments is that the buyer gets significant property acquisition duty discount which can reach up to 600000 HUF compared to used apartments.
In case you purchase an appartment in the Metrodom houses you have to pay 4% duty only after the part of the price that exceeds 15 million HUF (50.000 EUR). This means that our apartments cheaper than 15 million HUF are exemtion of charge. (No discount is granted in case of prices more than 30 million HUF, you have to pay 4% property acquisition duty after the total purchase price)
Duty for parking places and storages is 4%, they are not subject to any discount.
